Minita Gandhi   Maya

Minita Gandhi is an actress/playwright/writer who was born in Mumbai, India. Raised in the Bay Area, she is proud to call Chicago her artistic home for over 8 years. MUTHALAND is her first full length play. It was workshopped at Silk Road Rising for their Solo Festival, selected for the Ignition Festival of new plays at Victory Gardens Theater, and invited to the Raven Theater for a special performance sponsored by the Indo-American Heritage Museum. Some of her regional theatre credits include Lookingglass Theatre, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Arena Stage and Milwaukee Repertory Theatre.

​Minita can be seen in the recurring role of Dr. Prospere on NBC's Chicago Fire, and has appeared on Fox's hit show Empire, NBC's Crisis, ABC's Betrayal, Fox's The Chicago Code, and was The Onion News Network's anchor, Nina Shankar. She is a Master Instructor for Pinnacle Performance Company. She is a storyteller and lover of life. ​

Michael Silas    Jim

Silas Michael Rex  is a multimedia artist, stage/screen actor, and singer songwriter. A graduate of Columbia College (Chicago), has graciously achieved over a decade of professional stage and film work. Chicago theaters include Bailiwick, Black Ensemble Theatre, Light Opera Works, The New Colony and Theo Ubique. Film credits include B-Side Studio (Marvin) and appearances in several music based films.

While no stranger to either side of the camera, he considers this a debut in the independent film market and thanks the amazing production team and cast for their confidence and the opportunity.

Gabby Mancuso    Ruby

Gabby Mancuso is an actress and model.  In her young age, she has already worked for Kohl's National Campaign and several local fashion shows in the midwest.  As an actress, she participated at the age of three in the musical "School House Rock" for the Oak Creek Academy of Performing Arts.

"Ephemera" will be her first film and she is very excited to play the role of Ruby. Gabby currently takes Story Drama at First Stage Theater (Milwaukee) ballet and singing classes.  She also enjoys painting and her favorite artist is Frida Kahlo.

Sal Velez Jr.    Thomas

Sal Velez Jr. is known for the role of the evil Mexican Cartel in Savages, directed by Oliver Stone and the Voice of Berto, in Tell-tale Games "The Walking Dead: Michonne." His love for performing found him in Chicago productions from The Goodman Theater to The Chicago Theatre Building, from Nuyorican Poet Miguel Pinero Plays to the Life of Cesar Chavez musicals.

After the loss of Sal's father in 2007, he made the decision to move on to Los Angeles to fully pursue Film and TV.  He was on the front cover of Nuevo Impact magazine in 2012; made the cover on Chicago Extra Newspaper; and was also chosen to receive the 2013 Chrysalis Award. 

​Currently, Sal plays opposite Ron Perlman in Amazon's "Hand of God" as Mike Alcala & the new Boyle Heights Web series "Gentified" as Eric.

Domenica Biondolillo    Nina

Domenica Biondolillo is a professional Model and Actress with vast experience in local and national print media, television, promotional marketing, and runway. She began working professionally in 2009 and her recent modeling work includes the LA TAN campaign. She has worked for the Emmys (Midwestern Awards), Maxim Magazine, and most notably as a model for the XLVII Super Bowl in New Orleans (2013). She was featured in AMOUR and Hype Hair magazine; Cover of VL and Time Out Magazine. Her Runway work includes: Latino Fashion Week, National Bridal Market, and Akira. She has worked in many trade shows, and appeared in independent films and Television shows, including “Wingmen Incorporated (2013), “In the Grass (2011)” and Chicago PD (TV-2014).

​In addition to acting and modeling, Ms. Biondolillo has graduated from Benedictine University - Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics May 2016 in lllinois.

Jeanne Scurek    Tina  

Jeanne Scurek's feature length films include the role of Sheila Rumsey in Promise Land with NEQUA Studios, the Voice of Sister Mary in Sister Mary with Westbridge Productions, and the role of Sylvia Langley in Bowser Makes a Movie with Hornbill Films. Her on-camera work also includes short films, commercials, industrials, television, web series, and print work. Additionally, she works on stage, most recently seen as Mrs. Van Daan in The Diary of Anne Frank at Metropolis Performing Arts Center and as Irina Arkadina in The Seagull at Dominican University (guest professional).

​Jeanne is privileged to be serving as treasurer on the 2016 executive board of the Chicago Acting in Film Meet-up group in Chicago.
